I requested a full cleaning of all rooms in a pre-owned detached house before moving in.
The cleaning included a 2LDK layout plus a toilet, washroom, bathroom, kitchen, entrance, balcony, and windows. I also requested optional cleaning of the shutters and bathtub.
I appreciated that they only included what I needed in the estimate, omitting unnecessary areas.
Furthermore, all the workers were company employees and not outsourced.
On the day of the cleaning, they shared cleaning tips and pointed out areas that needed attention, which was very helpful.
Even areas I was concerned about were cleaned so thoroughly that I no longer notice them.
Thanks to them, I'm now living comfortably.
I've finally finished unpacking, so I'm writing this belatedly.
I'll definitely be requesting their cleaning services for my parents' house next time! (^^)

I recently used your services.
From the initial quote request to the phone call and discussion about pricing, you provided incredibly courteous service from start to finish. You listened attentively to my requests and budget, and proposed a very reasonable and excellent plan, making me feel confident that I could entrust the work to you.
When the work was actually done, the bathroom and air conditioner I requested were sparkling clean—I was truly impressed.
Not only were they sparkling clean, but I was even happier with how considerate and attentive you were to my needs. It was a service that made me genuinely feel, "I'm so glad I chose you." I would definitely like to use your services again if needed.
Thank you so much for everything! ('▽')

I requested work on the balcony, bathroom, and entrance.
The house had been vacant for several years, so there was some deterioration due to age, which is why I hired professionals.
The staff were very pleasant, and I felt completely at ease leaving the work to them.
I think I'll ask them to work on the kitchen and toilet next time.

I used their Bathroom SP Pack. I'm extremely satisfied! They cleaned the floor (removing black stains), the inside of the bathtub apron, the water stains on the mirror, and even the gaskets on the inside of the door, making it look brand new!

I had a really hard time deciding which house cleaning company to choose from among the many available (even the big ones had terrible reviews...lol), but Guardian was incredibly thorough from the initial booking to the day of the service. I never had a single moment of anxiety, and I'm so glad I chose Guardian.

Next time I need cleaning services, I'll definitely choose Guardian again! I highly recommend them!

Thank you!

This was my second time using their services. I requested air conditioner cleaning, bathroom dryer cleaning, and bath boiler cleaning. They did all the work very carefully. I was particularly concerned about the smell from the bathroom dryer, but it seems a lot of dirt had accumulated, and after the work it was so clean it was unrecognizable. At the end, they even cleaned the bath drain, leaving the bathroom sparkling clean. I'm truly grateful. I'll definitely use their services again!

I'm so impressed with how clean everything is! The four of you worked so quickly and efficiently; it was a great help.

I really appreciated that you cleaned specific areas and corners, rather than just individual spots. I'm grateful for the attention to detail.

I'm looking forward to living comfortably now.

I can't wait to show my family.

I imagine it must have been difficult with the thunderstorms later today.

Thank you so much.

I was looking for a house cleaning company in preparation for moving out due to a job transfer 🏠✨

Although the company is located in Yokohama City, they serve the four prefectures of the Tokyo metropolitan area, so it seems they'll cover my current area!

Their 97.6% customer satisfaction rate is reassuring 🙌 Their pricing is clear, starting at ¥29,800 for vacant property cleaning, and they offer a 15% discount on specialized bathroom and kitchen cleaning packages and sets, which is great.

It's a huge help to be able to leave it to professionals while I'm busy preparing for the move 😭 They also handle decluttering, so it's a win-win, and with such comprehensive services, I'd definitely like to use their services!

I was looking for a house cleaning service because I was concerned about dirt in small areas that regular cleaning doesn't reach, and this company was recommended to me.

I'm particularly concerned about the bathroom, and they said they can remove the limescale and mold on the floor, walls, and ceiling, as well as thoroughly clean the shower head, the back of the faucet, the ventilation fan cover, and the drain, even disassembling the parts.
I was hesitant to go with a house cleaning service because it seemed like a high-end option, but the price is reasonable and I'd like to have my home sparkling clean about twice a year.

This service is incredibly helpful while you have small children.

Hidden and stubborn dirt is difficult to remove, and I don't have the time to clean, so I thought it would be best to ask a professional, and that's how I found this company.

They have seasonal campaigns and offer targeted cleaning for problem areas.

Their website had a very clear menu. They are particular about waxing their floors and use high-quality wax!

It's great that they are a company with 15 years of trust and experience, and offer high-quality service at an affordable price.

Although they are located in Kanagawa, I think the fact that they come to Chiba and Saitama is one of the reasons for their wide popularity.

My house is 8 years old, and dirt is accumulating in various places, so I'd like to reset it little by little.

They also offer after-sales support and free estimates, so I'd like to try using their services.

Vacuuming → washing → sucking up dirty water → rinsing → sucking up → drying
I was worried about how much of the stains the professional would be able to remove, but they came out cleaner than I expected! I can't thank them enough.

I was particularly concerned about the bathroom reheating pipes, which they couldn't clean, so I decided to ask them to do it for me.
They can also handle things like wallpapering and re-covering tatami mats, which aren't as serious as asking a renovation company to do, so it's well worth knowing about them.
I also like how their service area is quite wide, covering Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama.

With two children and both parents working, we rarely have the time for thorough cleaning, and the dirt in the bathrooms and air conditioner had been a constant source of concern.

We had previously used a different website, but we were thinking of trying a different service when we found "House Cleaning Guardian."

Their official website is easy to navigate, the pricing is clear, and they offer plenty of campaigns, which gave us peace of mind.

Besides the usual kitchen, bathroom, and air conditioner cleaning, they also clean coatings and windows, which is a big plus. It made us think, "If we're going to hire someone anyway, why not have them do everything at once?"

The peace of mind of having a professional clean our entire house at once is very appealing in our busy daily lives, and we've decided to use their services again next time.

House cleaning services in Tokyo and Kanagawa prefectures

I requested this company to clean a rental property that will be vacant this month.

I requested an estimate online, but they said they couldn't give an accurate estimate without seeing the property, so they came to my house.

They checked areas I don't normally see and explained how to maintain the property.

Both my wife and I thought it was great that they came to our house; it allowed us to get a feel for the company's atmosphere.

The cleaning will begin soon, and I'm reminded of how important online reviews are.
